We produce processed Sacha Inchi peanut products, such as roasted Sacha Inchi peanuts, oil, capsules, and Sacha Inchi protein flour.
The production machine is designed with material specifications or materials from food grade staniless steel to avoid metal contamination in the product. The processing method of Sacha Inchi peanuts is by cold press technique so that the heat-sensitive omega 3 content, nutritional content and quality are maintained. The entire process is carried out hygienically and uses the concept of CPPOB (Good Processed Food Production Methods).
